Wellington is a very shy, rather reserved Sausage dog, slightly set in his ways and can at times be grumpy. Rossana was AMAZING with him, he didn't want to leave after his first day of doggy day care. He made some lovely new friends and knowing Rossana is now here to take care of my little guy when I'm not around makes having him so much more easier and comforting.. Rossana is wonderfully reliable and totally committed to looking after the dog's she has in her care, thank you Dogbuddy and thank you Rossana..

Maisie stayed with Rossana on her first away from home stay. Rossana did all she could to make sure she was comfortable and was very patient when she was a little anxious to start with. When we picked up Maisie it was clear she had a great time and Rossana had kept us updated with texts and pictures throughout. Rossana was absolutely great with my cavalier. She came back very happy and tired after all the playing time she had with Giotto. Rossana constantly updated me, sending pics and movies of them playing. I can tell Waffles was really well taken care of, because she has chronic UTI and she usually comes back from a time with the pet sitter worse. Not with her, she came back even better than she was before. Highly recommend her! Thank you so much Rossana.

Chewie stayed with Rossana for 3 weeks and we were very happy with the service she offered. We got regular updates and she always checked with us before making any changes e.g. diet etc. During this time we had a family emergency and Rossana was extremely understanding and accommodating. Ad she taught him how to give his paw :) I can certainly recommend Rossana to look after your furry family member.

Rossana is brilliant! She looked after my King Charles Spaniel "Higgins" for a week and I couldn't reccomend her highly enough. Like most pet owners I was concerned about leaving him, but after meeting Rossana and her dog Giotto my mind was put at ease. They got on brilliantly and Rossana was very attentive to all of Higgins' needs. She also kept me updated every day with messages and pictures of what a fun time he was having. I would have no hesitation reccomending her and I will definitely be booking her again whenever I need Higgins to be well and lovingly looked after.

Rossana looked after our 2 dogs for a week whilst we went on holiday, leaving them for the first time ever! we spent time getting to know her and Giotto, and she took the time to get to know our dogs and their likes and dislikes. She looked after them beautifully, sending us regular pictures and updates, which put our minds to rest, knowing that they were safe, happy and well cared for. Rosanna and Claudio clearly love dogs and are always thinking about meeting their needs, making them comfortable and stimulating them. Their home is very dog friendly and they have a garden. Bella & Luna enjoyed walking in the local park twice a day an snuggling on the sofa in the evenings to watch tv and snooze. It is good to know that they enjoyed their holiday as much as we did. They have developed a bond with Rosanna, Claudio sand Giotto. I would definitely recommend Rosanna, if you want your dog to have a home from home.

Wow! Rossana is great! I was very nervous about leaving my dogs as I had not been a single night without them in over a year and my dogs have some pretty serious food allergies. Rossana was happy to meet for a playdate, and our boys really hit it off. Not only did she pick them up in fashionable style, but she sent me texts and photos every days I was away. I knew my boys were safe, happy, having fun, and LOTS of attention. I could relax! I enthusiastically recommend Rosanna!!
